BEFORE COOKING , YOUR DISK MUST BE CURED!!
RECOMMENDED PROCESS TO CURE THE DISK: (Process time between 45 to 60 -minutes approx.)
1. Spread the entire disk on both sides with vegetable oil or animal fat or lard; so it will heal inside and out.
2. Heat the disk until this take a black color over the whole surface during this process must be very careful as the disc may acquire flames, which can help heal the disk faster..
3. Add more fat or oil as needed basis so that this disk is completely black in all its surface.
4. Once the disk 1s totally black, wait for the oil or grease burns
5. Remove the disk from heat and wipe off excess fat Misty burned that has inside the diskwith paper napkins. Pass
the napkins until the disk no longer detach Misty black or paint the napkin.
ALSO CAN CURE THE DISK IF YOU DO NOT HAVE FAT OR OIL, BUT THIS PROCESS CAN TAKE MORE THAN 4 HOURS AND YOU HAVE TO HEAT THE DISK UNTIL BE BLACK IS ONLY ON HIS PLACE IN ALL ITS SURFACE, AFTER THAT THIS WILL CLEAN THE SAME AS STEP 5
